Cancellation Policy

At SL Sprays, we value every one of our clients and are so grateful for your continued loyalty and support. To protect our artists’ time and ensure we can continue providing the high level of service you expect, we now have a formal cancellation policy in place.

Please note the following:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
• A valid card on file will now be required when booking all appointments.

We know life happens, and this decision wasn’t made lightly—it’s about keeping our business healthy and thriving so we can be here to serve you for years to come.
